This video features an employee of The Cheesecake Factory being nominated for Employee of the Year. For this project, I led the production, shot the video, and handled the editing. The video includes interviews with various employees who share why they believe this individual deserves the nomination. The idea was initiated by the general manager, who was aware of my video production skills and tasked me with creating a compelling submission for the award.
